Facility Manager View

The Facility Manager View gives on-site teams real-time visibility into a worker’s visit only for the duration of the visit.

From this view, facility managers can see:

When a worker is on the way to the facility
The estimated arrival time
How long the worker spent on site before completing the visit

This eliminates guesswork and reduces follow-ups with your operations team by answering the most common questions upfront.

Protecting Worker Privacy

The Facility Manager View is designed to share only what’s necessary.

When enabled, it shows:

Location updates starting just before arrival
Location visibility ending after the worker leaves

Enabling Visit-Only Location Visibility

To limit location visibility to the facility visit, add the following parameter to the Order Timeline link:

show-visits-only=true

This ensures the timeline displays location data only for the visit destination.

Preventing Changes to the View

To make sure this setting cannot be changed, generate the Order Timeline link using a secure embed token. This locks the view configuration and prevents the parameter from being removed.
